It is ideal hotel with amazingly nice staff, the location is amazing. The restaurant is excellent, serves excellent dishes. Thank you for a really enjoyable stay.

Superior, perfectly clean place with particularly nice views. A private safe, a mini bar, and a sofa bed available in the twin room. Amazing and marvellous location, a short way from everywhere. Quite close to the airport, 30 km, perfect for an early flight.

I had a fantastic experience at Natura Mazur Resort & Conference! the place was spotlessly clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. I stayed in a wonderfully comfortable unit that featured cozy bathrobes, a high-quality bed, and a well-equipped bathroom. the location is stunning, particularly in relation to the nearby Barbican House, nestled in a lovely part of town. the restaurant was magnificent, offering a perfect meal that truly enhanced my stay. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The rooms at Natura Mazur Resort & Conference are fantastic! They are all air-conditioned and come with a flat-screen TV. I stayed in a twin/double room that had an electric kettle, soundproofing, and a minibar. The amenities like bath robes and free toiletries were a nice touch. I absolutely loved the cozy ambiance of these rooms and felt right at home as a tired traveler.

One thing I didn't particularly like was that not all rooms had bathrobes. However, I understand that others might still find enjoyment in different room types.

Mind-blowing hotel! Impeccably clean, with spacious rooms and a jaw-dropping lake view. The staff is super helpful, and the SPA area and pools are top-notch. The kids room is fantastic, and there's even spacious and free parking.

The private beach area made me feel like I had my own slice of paradise. The crystal clear lake and soft white sand made it feel like a tropical getaway, right in the heart of Warchaly. I could almost hear the waves crashing and feel the ocean breeze on my face. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind.

While the suite had a sofa, I personally would have preferred a more comfortable seating option. I found the sofa to be a bit too firm for my liking.

We had a lovely semi-private lake with a private beach area, which was very relaxing with a beautiful view of the landscape. we enjoyed the high-quality food offered at the restaurant, which added charm to the experience.

The spa facilities could not cater to our needs as they were understaffed. There were not enough staff members to attend to the large number of guests in the hotel, which made it difficult to receive prompt service.
